The atelier
A private luxury travel atelier founded in London in 2013. We design fully bespoke journeys and rare experiences worldwide, drawing on first-hand knowledge of more than 2,000 hotels and a global network of trusted people on the ground. Our promise is travel that is sublime in the detail and seamless in the doing.
Suite DNA was founded by Katy McCann, a member of the founding team of the celebrated Mr & Mrs Smith Hotel Collection, who has personally visited over 2,000 hotels and still travels seven months of every year. She is joined by co-owner Celine Saffray, previously Head of Sales & Marketing and an authority on five-star service shaped at Maybourne Group, Dorchester Collection and Bulgari.
We recommend what we know first-hand, which room, on which floor, and in which season. You will speak to co-owners Katy and Celine directly about your trip, and they will personally guide you in the right direction. We plug you into the intimate world of luxury travel.
Planning & process
It begins with a private conversation about how you like to travel. We then design an itinerary entirely around you, securing the right suites, villas, tables, guides and access, and stay on call throughout your journey, so everything runs seamlessly from the first transfer to the last sunset.
Sooner than feels necessary. In peak periods and in popular destinations we hold rooms almost a year ahead, which gives you the luxury of choice. We are also well practised at composing beautiful journeys at short notice.
There is no rigid minimum. We look after everything from a discreet long weekend to a month around the world. What matters is that the journey warrants the care we put into it, and we are always happy to discuss whether we are the right fit during your first call.
Yes. We coordinate the entire journey, commercial and private flights, transfers, yachts and ground arrangements, so every connection is handled invisibly and your itinerary flows from one moment to the next.
Fees & value
It depends on the trip. A complex trip or event, for example, may demand more of our time, and we work on a transparent planning basis agreed with you at the outset.
Never. As preferred partners we access the same rates, frequently with added value the public cannot obtain, such as upgrades, resort credits and amenities. The greater saving, however, is the time and certainty we hand back to you.
Membership & experiences
For Clients. Being a Suite member means you are the priority, our VIP list. This is usually reserved for long-standing clients who have booked a certain number of trips with Suite DNA, and referrals from present Suite members also get you through the door. There are extra perks and benefits, the most important being complimentary credit to use towards future Suite travels.
For Elite Agents. We work with select independent agents who want to be part of an elite network of high-performing travel experts. We operate at a different level: we have the knowledge and the contacts, you bring the drive and the energy. We look after all the admin so you can focus on delivering exceptional trips for your clients. Suite Club members work together to be the best in the industry.
Membership is by introduction and enquiry.
